The Southern Comfort Option 1 retains the general layout and appearance of the Southern Comfort, but trims back the overall size by about 20%. Although more than 1,000 sq. ft. smaller than the full Southern Comfort plan, this option actually increases the size of the master bedroom and master bath, and does not sacrifice the 4th bedroom, complete with a full bath. The Southern Comfort Option 1 is a magnificent, spacious log home perfect for many families.
